Jurnal Ilmiah Telsinas Elektro, Sipil dan Teknik Informasi, known by its initials TELSINAS, is a scientific publication dedicated to the fields of Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Informatics.

This peer-reviewed journal is published biannually, with two issues released each year in the months of April and September. It is published by the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. The editorial leadership consists of Ir. Agus Putu Abiyasa B.Eng., Ph.D., IPM., who serves as the Editor-in-Chief, and Ir. I Nyoman Indra Kumara S.T., M.T., who holds the position of Managing Director.

To ensure high academic standards, all submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process. The journal possesses an Online ISSN: 2621-5276, and all published articles are assigned a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) provided by Crossref, ensuring they are easily citable and discoverable.

The journal's primary mission is to disseminate high-quality, original research and studies that contribute significant innovative insights, theoretical advancements, and practical applications within its core disciplines. To maximize its reach and impact, the journal is indexed in reputable databases. It is currently indexed in SINTA 4, a prominent Indonesian indexing system managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Furthermore, to bolster its international visibility and credibility, the journal is also actively pursuing indexing in major international directories such as DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals).
