Authors Guideline
1. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts must adhere to the following structure:

Title Page: The title should be concise and accurately reflect the content of the article. Avoid acronyms, abbreviations, and phrases such as "A study of," "Investigations of," etc. The title should not exceed 12 words.

Author Information: List all authors with their full names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses.

Abstract: The abstract should be no more than 200 words, summarizing the problem, research method, key findings, and conclusions. Do not include references or uncommon abbreviations. After the abstract, provide 3-7 keywords.

Keywords: Limit to 7 keywords, and avoid general terms or plural forms. Keywords will be used for indexing purposes.

Main Text: The manuscript should follow the IMRaD structure:

References: All references should be formatted according to the IEEE style. The minimum number of references should be 25 for research articles and 50 for review articles.

Biographies of Authors: Provide a brief biography of each author (150-200 words), including their academic background, research interests, and any relevant achievements. Include professional links such as ORCID iDs, Google Scholar, Scopus, or WoS profiles.
2. Formatting Guidelines

Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt for body text, 16 pt for titles, and 9 pt for affiliations and references.

Margins: Set the margins to 2.5 cm on the left and top, and 2 cm on the right and bottom.

Columns: The text should be formatted in a single column layout, with single spacing.

Original research articles should not exceed 13 pages.

Review articles should not exceed 16 pages.

3. Section Instructions
Introduction
The introduction should outline the background, problem statement, literature review, and the innovation or contribution of the research. Use citations in IEEE format.
Research Methodology
Describe the research design, procedures (including algorithms, pseudocode, etc.), and data acquisition methods. Provide references to support the description.
Results and Discussion
Present results using figures, tables, and graphs. Discuss the findings in detail, with reference to prior research. Equations should be centered and numbered consecutively.
Conclusion
Summarize the results and discuss the potential future applications or developments based on the research findings.
4. Special Sections

Acknowledgments: If applicable, acknowledge those who contributed to the research but are not listed as authors.

Conflict of Interest Statement: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. If none, state: "Authors declare no conflict of interest."

References: Follow IEEE style for citations and references. The reference list should be formatted according to the provided examples, including journal articles, conference papers, books, and theses.
5. Additional Instructions

Figures and Tables: All figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and placed within the text. Ensure clarity and readability.

Equations: Use Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType to write equations. Number equations consecutively.

Photo Submission for Authors: Authors must submit a clear, professional headshot (3x4 cm) with high resolution.
