Abstract

Church as a religious unit in society always seems to be a holy and no conflict unit. In fact, church as a religious unit is still having a conflict by the effect of social interaction occurred. To better understanding the church conflict, this research is using an organization communication theory and religion in social context theory. The case for this research is a conflict that occurred inside Bethany Fresh Anointing (BFA) Church in Bandung. This research is aiming to elaborate the church conflict management to handling the conflict inside the religious organization. This research is using a case study analysis from inside the organization by interview and observation for the data collection. The results of this research is stating that by applying the best strategy of conflict management, church is able to restore, reevaluate, and increasing its efficiency on its services. The conflict management application also need to be synchronize with communication strategy that suitable with the communication culture and organization inside Bethany Fresh Anointing Church as a religious organization.
