Jurnal Analisis Hukum (JAH) is a peer-reviewed, open-access law journal owned and published by Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas), Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, and managed by the Faculty of Law and the Master of Law Program, Undiknas. It is published twice a year, in April and September. The journal advances critical legal studies and publishes original research articles, review articles, and case notes on contemporary legal questions and developments in Indonesian and international law.
JAH welcomes work from legal scholars, practitioners, and independent researchers. Its scope includes criminal, civil, administrative, constitutional, international, and environmental law; human rights; law and society; and related fields. Articles are selected for originality, rigor, clarity, and relevance through editorial assessment and peer review.
JAH supports academic exchange and research integrity, and makes published articles freely available under its open-access and licensing policies.
