Publication Priority
In line with our commitment to enhancing academic quality and international visibility, the Editorial Board gives priority consideration to manuscripts authored through inter-institutional and/or international collaboration (international collaborative research). This policy aims to strengthen global academic networks while maintaining rigorous standards of scientific quality and relevance.

Manuscript Requirements

• Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by other journals.

• Manuscripts should be written in clear and academic English.

• Authors must follow the journal’s author guidelines and manuscript template available on the journal website.

• All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic rigor and objectivity.

• Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Online Journal System (OJS).
