Authorship Policy

Jurnal Analisis Hukum requires transparent and accountable authorship. Every listed author must have made a substantial contribution to the conception or design of the work, data collection, analysis or interpretation; helped draft or critically revise the manuscript; approved the final version; and agreed to be accountable for the integrity of the work.

The corresponding author must confirm that all authors have reviewed and approved the manuscript, agree to the author order, and consent to submission. Changes to authorship after submission require written agreement from all affected authors and editorial approval.

Guest, gift, and ghost authorship are not permitted. Contributors who do not meet the authorship criteria may be acknowledged with their permission. The journal may request a contribution statement or clarification when authorship is uncertain.

Generative AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain responsible for all submitted content and must disclose substantive use of generative AI in the cover letter and in the manuscript. Routine spelling and grammar correction does not require disclosure. See the GenAI Policy.
