The Role of Police Investigators in Crime Motor Vehicle Embezzlement (Case Study at the East Denpasar Police)

Abstract

he purpose of this paper is to analyze the role of Police
Investigators in the Crime of Motor Vehicle Embezzlement. The
research method used is empirical research. Results of this study
In investigating the crime of embezzlement of motor vehicles, there
are several internal and external obstacles, namely lack of budget
for handling embezzlement, lack of personnel in handling
embezzlement, escaped suspects (fugitives), evidence is different
from reports that reported by the reporter, the existence of
intervention, the existence of Dumas (complaints), and the lack of
evidence.
