Vidhisastya: Journal for Legalscholars is the flagship, faculty-edited journal of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, Indonesia. The journal exclusively publishes all manuscripts in English and Indonesian. As a refereed journal, each submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process by esteemed academics and experts in the field. This journal is dedicated to publishing international, comparative, and national research and reviews that explore the intersections of law and society.
We welcome submissions of all manuscript types, including socio-legal, empirical, and doctrinal studies. However, this journal particularly encourages contributions that are empirical in nature and engage with cross-disciplinary legal issues related to political science, criminology, history, sociology, human rights, technology, and political economy.
All published papers are subjected to a double-blind peer review by at least two experts in the relevant field. The final decision of the Editor is based on the manuscript's alignment with the journal's aims and scope, the quality of research and writing, and the geographical diversity of the contributions. An essential requirement is the novelty and significance of the academic contribution presented.
