MEMBANGUN KOMITMEN DALAM ORGANISASI: PERAN MOTIVASI DAN STRESS DALAM SEBUAH KONFLIK KERJA
Abstract
Membangun komitmen dalam organisasi: peran motivasi dan stress dalam sebuah konflik kerja. Membangun komitmen karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi merupakan pekerjaan besar bagi manajemen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji seberapa besar komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi ketika karyawan mengalami konflik di dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini juga menguji variabel motivasi dan stres akibat pekerjaan dalam memediasi pengaruh konflik kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasinya. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Kecamatan Kuta, dan melibatkan 133 responden. Hasil empiris dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi karyawan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap komitmen. Konflik kerja pun memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap komitmen karyawan di dalam sebuah organisasi. Namun dalam penelitian ini stress kerja tidak signifikan mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi.
