The Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis invites academics, researchers, and practitioners to submit their original and high-quality scholarly articles for the upcoming issue. 

Expected Characteristics of Manuscripts

Submitted articles should demonstrate the following key characteristics:

  1. Clear Scientific Contribution (Novelty)
    Manuscripts must present a clear scientific novelty, whether in terms of theoretical development, methodological approach, data utilization, or analytical perspective. The research gap and contribution should be explicitly stated in the introduction.

  2. Well-Defined Research Problems and Objectives
    Research questions and objectives must be specific, focused, and consistently addressed throughout the manuscript, from methodology to conclusions.

  3. Strong and Up-to-Date Literature Review
    References should predominantly come from reputable scholarly journals and recent publications (preferably within the last five years). The literature review should critically position the study within existing research and clearly justify its contribution.

  4. Rigorous and Transparent Methodology
    The research methodology must be described in a systematic and transparent manner, enabling replication. This includes clear explanations of data sources, data collection techniques, and analytical methods.

  5. Critical Results and In-Depth Discussion
    The Results and Discussion section should not merely report findings but also provide critical interpretation, comparison with previous studies, and discussion of theoretical and practical implications.

  6. International Academic Writing Style and Standard Structure
    Manuscripts must be written in academic English, following an internationally recognized structure:
    Abstract – Introduction – Methods – Results and Discussion – Conclusion – References, in accordance with the journal’s official template.

  7. Publication Ethics and Scope Relevance
    All submissions must adhere to publication ethics, be free from plagiarism, and align with the aims and scope of the Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis.

International Collaboration (Strongly Encouraged)

To enhance article quality and global impact, authors are strongly encouraged to collaborate with co-authors from international institutions.

Publication Incentive:

Manuscripts involving international co-authorship are eligible for a reduction in the Article Processing Charge (APC), subject to the journal’s applicable policies.
