COMMUSTY invites original scholarly manuscripts for its November 2026 issue. The journal encompasses communication studies and society, covering cultural studies (representation, critical theory, identity, minority, gender, feminist theory, reception, popular culture, film, subcultures, ideology, hegemony), media and journalism, audio and audio-visual broadcasting, public relations, advertising, visual communication design, marketing communication, health communication, communication psychology, and sociology of communication.

Expedited Review for International Collaborations
Manuscripts featuring co-authors from at least two distinct countries will be granted priority for accelerated peer review. This policy is established to:

  1. Enrich scholarly discourse through the integration of diverse theoretical frameworks and methodological approaches.

  2. Enhance the journal's international visibility and academic citation impact.

  3. Foster sustainable research networks between Indonesian and global scholars.

  4. Facilitate the timely dissemination of research addressing transnational communication challenges.
