Pengaruh Kepercayaan Diri, Kompetensi dan Reward Terhadap Semangat Kerja di Hotel Kamandalu Ubud Resort
Abstract
This research aims to explore the relationship between self-confidence, competence, reward, and work ethic among employees at Kamandalu Ubud Resort, a 5-star hotel in Ubud. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through structured surveys administered to employees. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between self-confidence, competence, reward, and work ethic among employees. Higher levels of self-confidence and competence were associated with increased work ethic. Additionally, a well-structured reward system positively influenced employee work ethic. These findings contribute to the field by highlighting the importance of factors such as self-confidence, competence, and reward in shaping employee work ethic. Understanding these relationships can help organizations develop strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.
