Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine how the management of the Income Supplement Employees in Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, while for engineering data collection using in-depth interview techniques, documentation, and observations. His discussion is directed to find out the true facts of how the management is implemented. These results indicate that the Management of the Income Supplement Employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province unfavorable. That is because only two aspects of the management by the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province which in theory is good, but the whole aspect is not implemented properly. Four aspects of the management: Planning, Organizing, Directing, and Controlling, the only aspect of Planning and Organizing performed reasonably well but has not been maximized by the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province.
