This issue covers various topics, including paradiplomacy for food security between Indonesia and Ecuador, digital literacy’s role in social transformation in Afghanistan, and the impact of cyberbullying on TikTok influencers. It also explores ASEAN's social enterprise development, counterterrorism cooperation, and leadership in public services in Indonesia. Other topics include blockchain integration in educational systems and the effects of Taliban governance on education and career prospects.
