Technical Status: Important Notice for Authors – Submission Requirements

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please prepare and upload the following files:

Blinded Manuscript
A complete manuscript file without author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or any identifying information to ensure a proper double-blind review process.
Complete Manuscript
A separate manuscript file containing full author details, including:
- Author names
- Institutional affiliations
- Email addresses
- ORCID IDs (if available)
Turnitin Similarity Report
A PDF file of the plagiarism similarity report.
The similarity index must be no more than 20%, excluding references and quoted text.
Cover Letter (Optional but Recommended)
Authors are encouraged to include a cover letter briefly explaining the significance of the manuscript and confirming that the work is original and not under consideration elsewhere.

Language & Readability

All manuscripts must meet the following language standards:

Written in clear and professional English.
The manuscript should be proofread by a native speaker or professional editor when necessary.
Authors are encouraged to use writing tools such as Grammarly or Hemingway Editor to improve grammar and readability.

Important Note

Submissions that do not include all required files or do not follow the journal guidelines will be returned to the authors for correction before entering the review process.

Authors are strongly advised to carefully check all submission requirements before uploading their manuscript.
