Analisis Stres Kerja Pasca Pandemi Pada Karyawan Prama Sanur Beach Bali

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stres kerja pasca pandemi pada karyawan dan strategi penanggulangannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dalam penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang berkaitan dengan stres kerja pasca pandemi pada karyawan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu karyawan F&B kitchen, karyawan housekeeping, kepala departemen F&B kitchen, kepala departemen housekeeping dan manajer sumber daya manusia Prama Sanur Bali yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, catatan lapangan dan alat perekam suara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja pada karyawan Prama Sanur Beach Bali disebabkan oleh kekhawatiran, tuntutan tugas, tuntutan peran, struktur organisasi, kepemimpinan organisasi dan tahap kehidupan organisasi. Untuk mengatasi stres kerja karyawan penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode seperti dukungan sosial, menenangkan diri dan evaluasi diri.
