Fundamental Sikap Kerja Dalam Konsekuensi Konflik Kerja-Keluarga, Ostrasisme, Dan Kelelahan Emosional Pada Karyawan Perempuan Di Bali

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak konflik kerja-keluarga dan ostrasisme terhadap tingkat kelelahan emosional serta sikap kerja karyawan perempuan di Bali. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan perempuan Bali yang telah menikah dan memiliki tanggung jawab sebagai krama adat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja-keluarga berdampak negatif terhadap kelelahan emosional dan sikap kerja. Sebaliknya, ostrasisme tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap sikap kerja, tetapi tetap mempengaruhi tingkat kelelahan emosional. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar manajer perusahaan lebih memperhatikan kebijakan dan kesejahteraan karyawan perempuan untuk mengurangi kelelahan emosional yang berpotensi mempengaruhi sikap kerja mereka.
