However, studies showing the influence are still limited. Therefore, this study examines Tri Hita Karana's influence on adaptability, consistency, engagement, and mission as an organizational culture. This study is a quantitative study with an ex post facto approach involving 164 nurses with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The evaluation used PLS-SEM with a second-order formative reflective model approach for theoretical studies. The evaluation used SEM-PLS with a second-order formative reflective model approach. The main findings of this study identified that Tri Hita Karana affects organizational culture. Tri Hita Karana, which consists of spiritual, social, and ecological values, has a direct positive effect on adaptability, consistency, involvement, and mission. The study also indicated that the influence on adaptability has a higher effect size than other dimensions. Utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the research investigates how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived value impact the intention to reuse the Fore Coffee mobile application. Data were gathered through a survey of Fore Coffee customers in Bali, employing non-probability sampling techniques, with purposive sampling as the specific method. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS software to determine the relationships between the independent variables (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived value) and the dependent variable (reuse intention). The findings reveal that perceived value does not significantly affect the intention to reuse the Fore Coffee mobile application. In contrast, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use both have a partially significant positive impact on the reuse intention. These results suggest that while the perceived value of the app might not directly influence customers' decision to continue using it, factors such as its usefulness and ease of use play crucial roles in fostering reuse intentions. The study investigates the relationship between vegetarianism (dependent variable) and many explanatory variables, including ethical-animal welfare, health, environment, social issues, mood-emotion, and religious beliefs. Logistic regression analysis was conducted using Likert scale data collected from 264 respondents. The findings indicate that health, ethical considerations regarding animal welfare, and environmental concerns are important factors that influence the choice to adopt a vegetarian diet. It suggests that overseas students in Korea are increasingly conscious of and interested in health, ethical, and sustainable dietary options. Furthermore, the selection of a vegetarian diet is significantly influenced by health considerations, suggesting that persons who prioritise their well-being are more likely to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle. Religious views, emotion, and gender exert different levels of effect on the choice to adopt a vegetarian diet. The results of this study have consequences for how consumers behave, as well as for marketing managers and decision-makers. Businesses in the food business, especially, can gain advantages by catering to the demands and preferences of consumers who prioritise ethical and animal welfare principles, as well as those who value health and environmental sustainability. Today, e-learning is a common learning tool for education due to its effectiveness. Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, governments shifted their regular education to an e-learning system. Apart from opportunities, this shift created challenges and obstacles to its implementation. We aim to investigate the barriers and opportunities of e-learning deployment in public universities. Hence, a case study research was designed, and data was gathered through questionnaires and interviews with 96 individuals from Kunduz, Parwan, Kabul, Takhar, Ghor, and Samangan universities, encompassing diverse fields of study. The data were analysed using SPSS 26. According to this research, 63% of participants strongly agreed with the effectiveness of e-learning implementation. Furthermore, certain opportunities and obstacles emerged after the utilization of e-learning platforms by both students and lecturers. The challenges of e-learning deployment were lack of access to the internet, lack of stable electricity, and poverty. Contribution to the literature: In comparison with the existing literature, the current study provided an analysis of e-learning in its tension-filled relationship with the broader institutional structures and sociocultural realities of public universities in Afghanistan that circumscribe teaching and learning. Unlike previous research that focused on consumer attitudes in traditional retail environments, this study explores the role of e-commerce applications in shaping consumer spending patterns under conditions of limited product availability and time constraints. Furthermore, it examines consumer interactions with sellers during live commerce sessions. This research employs a quantitative methodology, specifically utilizing hypothesis testing. The target population comprises residents of Kupang City who have engaged in purchases through e-commerce applications that feature live commerce sessions with restrictions on product availability and time (commonly referred to as flash sales). The sample size for this study consists of 450 respondents, selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods include both primary and secondary sources. Primary data is gathered through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms, while secondary data is obtained through literature reviews of relevant books and research studies. Additionally, observational data is collected from e-commerce platforms that conduct sales events. The data analysis is conducted using quantitative techniques, specifically employing the SEM-PLS analysis tool. The findings indicate that both scarcity messages and live commerce significantly influence impulse buying through competitive arousal; however, the effect of each variable is relatively modest. The study had the objective of conducting an investigation on the relationship between work-life balance, job stress, and turnover intention among this demographic. A quantitative approach was used, utilizing Smart PLS version 4 for data analysis. The study involved 100 Generation Y employees as respondents. The findings revealed unexpected results. Contrary to the initial hypothesis, work-life balance had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, leading to the rejection of H1. Job stress, as expected, showed a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, confirming H2. Surprisingly, work-life balance showed a positive and significant influence on job stress, resulting in the rejection of H3. The results of this study highlighted the complex dynamics between work-life balance, job stress, and turnover intention among Generation Y employees. The study concluded that work-life balance and job stress were important factors that influenced employee retention. The research suggested that management should focus on key aspects such as time allocation, compensation policies, and targeted efforts to effectively address these issues. The volatile nature of crypto assets makes them a subject of intense interest and caution among investors. Before engaging in transactions, investors typically evaluate the potential risks and returns they may obtain, balancing the allure of high profits against the possibility of significant losses. Therefore, investors' intention to invest in crypto assets is based on these two factors: return expectations and risk perception. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software to examine the relationship between these variables. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample size determined to be between 45 and 90 respondents to ensure statistical validity. The questionnaire was distributed online to the crypto asset investor community in Indonesia, and respondents provided answers using a Likert scale from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). The data analysis reveals that return expectations have a positive and significant effect on investment interest in crypto assets. Additionally, risk perception also has a positive and significant effect on investment interest in crypto assets, indicating that even perceived risks do not deter investment interest, possibly due to the high return potential. Furthermore, return expectations and risk perception simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on investment interest in crypto assets, suggesting that both factors jointly influence investment intentions. Using a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument, the study included a sample of 397 participants from Generations Y and Z in Bali, selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using first-order path analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM) in SmartPLS software. The results indicate that self-congruity plays a complementary mediating role between destination image and visiting intention. Additionally, destination image has a significant positive effect on self-congruity, which in turn positively influences visiting intention. These findings contribute to the Theory of Planned Behavior by providing insights into the relationships between destination image, self-congruity, and visiting intention, thereby reinforcing the theory’s underlying principles. From a practical standpoint, this research offers valuable insights for tourism industry stakeholders, aiding in the refinement of destination management and the development of more effective marketing strategies.
