The rapid growth of this industry is also supported by the superior purchasing power of the community, for that many people want to open a business in this field. With a lot of competition, of course, every business wants to maintain its business with the right business strategy. This research helps prospective business actors to see and determine the business strategy of home-based businesses in the culinary field by using SWOT analysis business tools and Business Model Canvas as a business model mapping. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study OnDemand Cakes home business located in Denpasar, by conducting interview and observation techniques through social media from the business. Work performance is defined as the comparison of work results to specified standards. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Palembang Sharia Branch Office of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. The questionnaire approach was utilized to collect data in this study, which was issued to personnel of the PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Sharia Branch Office. SmartPLS software version 3.0 was used to process the data. This study has found that employee engagement does not have a positive direct effect on employee performance; the next finding is that employee engagement has a direct effect on satisfaction. Employee satisfaction has a direct and beneficial impact on performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, with satisfaction as the intervening variable.</p> M. The research method used in this paper is based on a literature review who discuss the RBV theory in relation to capabilities and competencies in creating superior competitiveness. Performance of internal processes as one of the intangible resources is an important company capability that can bring an improvement of the company performance. Internal Proces Performance as an intangible asset which in turn are strategic assets that can affect the company's performance. The view of RBV theory provides knowledge of how important internal resources are in achieving competitive advantage. This advertisement uses oblique language to promote the product because it primarily facilitates sexual encounters. Therefore, it may be fascinating to discuss the phenomenon of advertisers using implicit slogans to attract customers to their products. This study aims to investigate condom advertisement slogans by using the conversational implicature and the violation of cooperative principles or maxims, as well as the perceptions of business class students regarding the analysis of slogans as an important skill to acquire in business communication. It was descriptive qualitative research that involved analyzing 15 contraceptive advertisement slogans and interviewing 15 business students. The result contained 100 percent particularized implicature, 100 percent violation of the maxim of quantity, 100 percent violation of the maxim of manner, 73 percent violation of the maxim of quality, and no violation of the maxim of relevance. In conclusion, advertisers of condoms used particularized implicature and violated cooperative principles or maxims in their slogans to avoid conveying informative messages when promoting their product (condom), which is prohibited by their advertising rule. Nonetheless, advertisers continue to create slogans relevant to the products so that certain individuals can easily comprehend the message conveyed by the slogans. In addition, students in the business class agreed that this analysis could help them select the most appropriate words for a given product. According to them, the world's borders are now blurred or nonexistent, allowing western and eastern cultures to overlap and erotic content to be easily inserted. Therefore, strategies for inserting utterances without causing conflict must exist. In addition, they stated that as an entrepreneur who must acquire business communication skills, they will be exposed to a great deal of advertising, including erotic content advertisements. But this will slowly fade if no one continues. The existence of technology should be able to increase the enthusiasm of the successors in improving their business. This study uses a qualitative approach with the literature review method in seeking answers to the changing interests of the younger generation in Celuk village. Because it takes some form of real action that is able to attract interest, rather than just based on theory alone. On the same side, since the environment has become competitively sustainable, in current times, develop and increase internal resources is a condition for sustainability. This study serves to clarify the relationship between accounting information systems and sustainable performance and explain the role that organizational culture plays in this relationship. The population in this study are 238 tourist villages in Indonesia. The data analysis technique in this study uses a regression equation with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study, the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems has no effect on Sustainability Performance. Specifically, this study focused on college students in Denpasar City. This study involved quantitative methods. There were 130 pupils from the Denpasar City region that made up the sample population. Primary data were used in the analysis, which was conducted using the PLS-based structural equation modeling approach. The method of collecting data makes use of a questionnaire that is scored on a Likert scale and is submitted using a Google Form. The data are collected using a purposive sampling approach. By seeing the importance of implementing ESG, Peken Facebook is trying to implement ESG in its operations to maintain its existence. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of ESG in supporting Peken Facebook's operational performance for sustainable business. This research uses a qualitative description method. Based on the 2020 Business Competition Index Executive Summary data, it shows that there is currently increasing business competition in every business sector at the middle level (Economic Directorate of the Business Competition Commission, 2020). This encourages every business owner to be able to foster communication and relationships with consumers for their retention and loyalty to the products or services offered by business people in order to continuously survive in the midst of market competition. As technology and the internet advances, human migration makes traditional marketing techniques less effective, so businesses are now doing marketing through digital marketing, one of which is content marketing. There was a shift in consumer behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic with the government's advice to stay at home making people change shopping patterns by carrying out online shopping activities for their daily needs, the results of a 2020 survey on Balinese people showed that 27.20% of respondents experienced an increase in online shopping activity . And recently Online Shopee offers products at low prices, affordable prices, lots of purchase discounts and free shipping to make consumers interested in making purchasing decisions online. Based on iPrice 2022 data, the app store rank and play store rank, Shopee is superior to Tokopedia and other online stores. One of the marketing strategies implemented by Shopee to transmit information to customers in an attractive way is through the Affiliate Program known as the Shopee Affiliate Program. This also applies to Bali Semanggi which uses a shopee affiliate. Purchase percentage data at Bali Semanggi recorded 60 percent of purchases online and 40 percent of purchases offline, which means that more buyers buy online as indicated by various factors that influence online buying decisions. such as affiliate marketing, consumer behavior and purchase intention. This research was conducted online by distributing e-questionnaires to Bali Semanggi Instagram followers. The population in this study were Instagram followers with 26.4 thousand followers. In this study, samples were taken to represent all population units. The analysis technique used is a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling – SEM) based on variance or component based SEM, known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that affiliate marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior and purchase intention, but on buying decisions it has an insignificant positive effect.
