The journal advances critical legal studies and publishes original research, case analyses, and scholarly commentary on contemporary legal questions and developments in Indonesian and international law.</p><p>JAH welcomes work from legal scholars, practitioners, and independent researchers. Its scope includes criminal, civil, administrative, constitutional, international, and environmental law; human rights; law and society; and related fields. Articles are selected for originality, rigor, clarity, and relevance through editorial assessment and peer review.</p><p>JAH supports academic exchange and research integrity, and makes published articles freely available under its open-access and licensing policies.</p> en-US
