Abstract

Responsibility is a conditions in which a person or legal entity shall receive any damage in this matter are the airlines to passengers due to the occurrence of a loss, destroyed or damaged baggage. The objective in writing this paper is to investigate airline responsibility for losses of goods in baggage belonging to passenger in terms of Regulation Transport Minister number 77 of 2011. As for the methods used in this paper is a literature method of data collection through the reading and recording of legal material is closely related to the discussion of this paper. Of the results with the method, can be obtained answer to existing problems is concerning the responsibility of the carrier air transport listed in article 5, paragraph (1) (2) and (3) about the amount of compensation received by passenger who suffered losses, destroyed, or damaged baggage.
